By submitting content or participating in contests you confirm you have the right to do so and that you are the copyright owner of the submitted work or otherwise authorized to submit it.
When you submit artwork to Frameglobe you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, publish, and promote the submitted material on the site and in related promotional materials. You retain ownership of your work.
Payments for contest entries are handled by Razorpay. You agree to Razorpay's terms for payment processing. We do not store card details on our servers.
Unless otherwise specified in a contest's specific rules, we do not offer refunds or cancellations for paid contest entries. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We may remove submissions that violate our rules.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frameglobe and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Frameglobe operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the revised version on this page with a new effective date.
